If you have seen a watch on another Seiko Modder's website, then we can absolutely 100% make it for you.

The simplest way to approach a custom-build request is share a photo of an existing Seiko Mod and include a detailed description of how you would like it modified, if at all.

If you have a genuine watch in mind and would like to send us a photo to see if we can make a Seiko Mod version of it, that is also an option. However, this isn't as helpful as sending us a photo of an existing Seiko Mod version of the watch that you find online. Often times, there are several different approaches to making the same homage, and you may like one far more than the other

We kindly ask that you don't send us a photo of a genuine Seiko or Rolex watch and ask us if we can make it. We do not produce replica watches bearing the name Rolex, Omega, etc.

Custom-builds are typically ready to ship within 1.5-2 weeks.

The custom-build process requires some patience, as timelines may vary. Watch parts must be ordered and shipped to our studio. Once parts have arrived, the watch must be carefully assembled and put through our multi-point QC process.

Due to the unique nature of each custom-build, it's difficult for us to provide accurate pricing without first researching your build request.

However, you can expect pricing for custom-builds to be higher than for our regular offering. This reflects the additional time and effort which we must invest into researching and sourcing high-quality parts that are your unique to your new watch.

By their very nature, custom-builds are crafted from parts that are unique to your build and were purchased solely for you, our customer. For this reason, it isn't possible for us to make use of these parts if you cancel your order or request a return.

For this reason, we do not offer returns on custom-builds. However we stand behind all of our watches and back our custom-builds with the same 1-year warranty as our regular offerings.
